They’re very comfortable and versatile. For sizing I would say if you want a thumbs space, get a half size up from your regular shoe size. That is only if you wear your shoes regularly with your feet with little or no space left in the shoe. But I would say I just a bought another pair of shoes that will make it into my shoe rotation
