Initially, I thought this sports bra would function as a standalone crop top as well as a cool layering piece, but once I wore it though real ranges of movement, I quickly was proven incorrect. While the sports bra fits true to size and provides a solid amount of support with cardio (not quite enough for jogging, but definitely adequate for fast walking or aerobics), any stretch with the arms up (as one would do while practicing yoga) leads to IMMEDIATE prominent protruding underboob. Alas, the sports bra is destined for an under layer with a shirt on top, rather than its own piece, OR for much more confined ranges of motion. The sports bra was also warmer than I was expecting, with sleeves that don't breathe much. While this was a bit uncomfortable while working out in the direct sun, I'm looking forward to wearing the sports bra in the winter as a great insulating layer. I LOVE the cutout in the back-- adds flexibility of movement, a bit of air flow, and a cute accent.

This is the first long sleeve sports bra I have ever owned. I wasn't sure how it would feel, but it is very comfortable and the sleeves feel natural. This will be great for working out indoors during the cold winter months.

This top is incredibly soft and supportive. The material is silky and the stretchy but still supportive with the built in bra. It has a second skin feel! I have long arms so the sleeve length is a little short for my liking but it’s hard to find sleeves that fit unless there is tall sizing available. This is a great option for a niche item, I’d never considered a long sleeve bra but this is actually a very functional item I envision using a lot in the gym this winter.
