At first I was worried the length was going to be too short however they worked out perfectly. The fit and feel of the shorts were perfect as well. I’m excited to see how they will hold up with an active child.

The spring season is in full swing and we've been putting the Big Kids' Dri-FIT Split Shorts to good use. So far, so good! The light weight material is perfect for all day activities - any sports, playgrounds, running, walking, even casual shopping! It's also very easy to clean and has had zero long-standing stains against dark colored juices or foods. The fit is true to size, but also the expandable waist band is helpful for growing kids to stay comfortable. Even after multiple washes in the laundry and dryer, the quality of the shorts has stood up well and is very durable. I would highly recommend the Big Kids' Dri-FIT Split Shorts to anyone looking for a next pair of bottoms to buy. 5 out of 5!

Overall they are a nice pair of shorts. The dri-fit material is soft and breathable. The length is about mid thigh, long enough to distinguish them from girls shorts but does not come near the knee. The split on the lateral side of the shorts is nice for athletic movement and prevents them from catching. The only complaint I have about the shorts is that the net liner is rather tight. If the shorts either did not include a liner, or the liner was looser, these would get a four or five stars from me. The swoosh is nicely placed and I am a fan of the silver coloration. The black is also a nice finish and looks like it will not fade. Overall, a nice pair of kids shorts, I just wish the liner was a tad looser.
