Stable for Your Strength
An ultra-strong Hyperlift plate under your heel (where you need it most) optimises stability for heavy lifts—like squats, dead lifts and cleans—without compromising the ride. A wider toe box compared with the Metcon 9 lets your toes extend outwards and helps you optimise your power through your whole foot.
More Mobility
We updated the midsole with lightweight ReactX foam to increase energy return. It is combined with flex grooves on the outsole to give you flexible, responsive cushioning when doing high-intensity exercises like Box Jumps and quick sprints.

Aún es pronto para valorar el rendimiento. Son algo menos rígidas que sus antecesoras. El color en la foto me parecía más rosa. Cuando han llegado los colores son lila y rosa predominando el lila. En la descripción estaba el color pero me dejé llevar por la foto.
Very Stiff

Usually wear a 6.5, but sized up to a 7 and they fit. These Metcon’s feel real stiff at the tip of the shoe compared to my Metcon’s 7. The flexibility is not so great when doing back lunges or with movements where I have to bend at the toes. I use them for strength training and HIIT workouts and they allow me to keep my feet flat and stable. I love the vibrant color and how they stand out with every outfit I pair them with.
