If you have a complaint regarding your experience on Nike.com or with the Nike App in Portugal, you can always contact us—we're happy to help. Contacting us directly means you will be assisted by Nike Consumer Services.
If you feel your complaint was not adequately addressed, you will continue to be able to—but are not obliged to—use the online Complaints Book.
We will answer you within 15 working days from when you file your complaint through the Complaints Book.
