How This Was Made
- This product was responsibly designed utilising recycled materials from post-consumer and/or post-manufactured waste. Comfortable right out of the box! Very little break in period. Such bright and fun colors. They feel like running on clouds. Even when the rest of my body is in rest mode, my feet are comfortable!
Demping en stabiliteit +++++ maar size up voor comfort in de toe box?

Alle enkele jaren Vomero-fan. De Vomero 17 was voor mij een stapje terug in comfort (drukpunten bij enkel en wreef, juiste spanning vinden bij het strikken van de veters was vrij delicaat) maar dat comfort is helemaal terug bij de Vomero 18. Meeste comfort rond hiel, enkels en wreef ooit. Ik heb wel de indruk dat er t.o.v. de vorige modellen iets veranderd is in de toebox (misschien zelfs louter de mesh?). Na mijn eerste iets langere duurloop in warme temperatuur had ik na het lopen (tijdens het lopen niets gemerkt) pijnlijke tenen en uiteindelijk één blauwe teennagel. Nog nooit voorgehad met de vorige modellen (zelfde sokken en zelfde maat). Ik zet ze samen met een paar dunnere sokken in de kast voor de winter en bestel voor de zomer een maatje groter. Ik had door de stack en de demping ook wat schrik voor de stabiliteit en de schoen voelt bij het stappen (heel strike) ook effectief wat wobbly aan maar dat verdwijnt helemaal zodra je loopt (midfoot strike), zelfs op oneffen oppervlak of in scherpe bochten. Heel sterke mix van demping en stabiliteit dus!
