Ik heb deze schoenen gekocht in mei 2025 en tot op heden liepen ze heerlijk, alleen beide hakzolen zijn nu al versleten. Daarom contact opgenomen met de klantenservice, maar daar wordt je gewoon weggestuurd met de boodschap dat het soms voor kan komen dat een schoen mindere kwaliteit heeft. Daarom zijn mijn schoenen na een half jaar al kapot en bij NIKE zeggen ze simpelweg, dat te schoen teveel versleten, dat het mijn eigen schuld is en dat ik niet in aanmerking kom voor garantie. Dus mijn advies is...NIET KOPEN, SLECHTE KWALITEIT. tip voor Nike als jullie meelezen: ik zou toch maar eens wat beter met jullie klanten omgaan, i.p.v. het gesprek gewoon te beëindigen zonder oplossing, dan kom ik misschien nog eens terug ;-) Bedankt voor niks.
