Nike Zenvy

I was excited to add the Nike Zenvy Women's Dri-FIT Long-Sleeve Shrug Top to my activewear collection, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite work for my fuller figure. While the fabric feels amazing—soft, breathable, and high-quality—the fit just isn’t ideal. A few extra inches in length would make it more wearable, but overall, it functions more as a stylish accessory rather than a practical workout piece. I’d love to try a different style made from the same fabric, but this particular design just isn’t the best for active movement.

I’ll be honest I was very skeptical about this top. I wasn’t sure how exactly to even wear it at first but I was pleasantly surprised. The fabric is light weight but also makes you feel warm while wearing it. I enjoyed having my arms covered without the extra layer feel around my mid section with another shirt. The moisture wicking fabric helped me not feel wet while sweating in my running workout and it since it’s not a full shirt it allowed me to not feel the need to take it off after warming up. The fit is tight when on but stretchy so I would say it’s true to size. The design was definitely the hardest part for me as I felt a little silly while wearing it but now that I have tried it I look forward to styling it in different ways and even using it as a layering piece in the colder months. No full shirt, no problem!

This is a super stylish top that I've enjoyed for weightlifting. I like that the sleeves are long - it has thumb holes! It's not thick enough for much warmth but it does offer some nice compression - and it looks fresh. I liked styling it with leggings and a Nike sports bra.
