Nike MC Trainer 4

I am a metcon 9 girl through and through for my weightlifting classes but recently I have tried to incorporate more short distance running and was on the hunt for new shoes that gave me all the support of my metcon 9s but felt softer on my foot. I decided to give these a try and I absolutely love them! So soft and comfortable, has that strong wide base I need for lifting but the flexibility to run and they feel good on my feet. Highly recommend if you are someone who takes hybrid HIIT classes or does any type of hybrid training.

If you're going to buy these, definitely go a size up. I'm typically a 4 but these are way too small, I'm afraid not even the 4.5 fit. I do have to say they are very comfortable and cushioned.

I’m usually a size 8, but Nike is the only brand where I always have to size up to an 8.5. All of my Nike sneakers are size 8.5 and normally fit me perfectly. Unfortunately, this black pair runs VERY small. I ordered my usual Nike size 8.5, but my toes hit the front of the shoes and there is absolutely no extra space. They feel more like a size 8. I’m wondering if the sizing issue might be why this style is on sale. I do like the shoes, though, so I’m going to give them another try and order a size 9. Hopefully that works! Definitely consider sizing up in this style.
