Great cushioning all around the foot. Not just heels or sides. Really absorbs the pressure when road running or walking. True to size, I get half size up for thick wintry socks. Overall a great pair. I hope it doesn’t rip apart soon as with all Nike shoes they last me a year and a half at max 😭

The most comfortable shoes i ever put on my feet. these are great for someone my age with knees that give me problems. I can hop on the treadmill for 25-30 minutes push myself the whole time do 3 miles in 27 minutes no knee pain. I’m buying another pair just to walk around in. They might be a little bit too cushy to do professional runs. For a person just trying to sta in shape they are perfect
