The Jordan Luka 5 shoes are court performance and reliability all rolled into one package. The cushioning technology creates a soft air pocket under the feet which delivers a spring like feel when moving across the court. I would typically experience pain in the ankles and arches of my feet when using basketball shoes with traditional Strobel boards. The new air zoom feature greatly reduces the pain while delivering high responsiveness during rapid movements. You practically stick to the court providing the ultimate traction control experience while maintaining stability. I was pleasantly surprised when I was also able to wear these shoes on the track as well for extended periods of time with little to no discomfort. These shoes are designed with synthetic leather material making them extremely light weight. At times, it almost feels as if I have nothing on my feet which I greatly appreciate. The size is also accurate as I wear a size 9 men’s shoe. Aside from functionality, these shoes look fast standing still and are aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The versatility of these shoes is amazing and even look cool under a pair of jeans for a night out. If I had to give a negative comment on these shoes, they have a very narrow fit which would need to be broken in a bit. I would typically prefer a slightly wider shoe, however I was able to overcome this with use. Personally, I love these shoes and the benefits they provide.
