Nike Sportswear Windrunner

The first thing I noticed about this loose windbreaker was the cropped look. This is what separates it from any athletic style. I was bit skeptical looking at it right out the box, but once I got it on, it fit like a glove! I loved the loose fit and was perfect to wear on an early spring day. Not too warm as it is a thin layer but covers up just enough to be a functional jacket. Again I thought it was perfect for a mid chilly day - will definitely be a part of my rotation. The minimalist design is something I liked in this piece, no over the top design/branding that is appealing to be able to wear for multiple occasions. The one thing I did not like was the hood - I felt it was a bit too short and was snug when put on, could do with a bit more play and be looser. But besides that, I highly rate this windbreaker. I’m 5’2”, 175 lbs and grabbed an XL—it’s giving comfy and fly. Super light but still blocks that breeze like a pro. The lil bungee cords on the sides? Game changer. You can snatch the waist and make it do what it do. I thought the pockets were weak at first, but they just had snaps—once you pop ‘em open, boom, plenty of space. I don’t usually mess with cropped stuff, but this one sits cute and stays in place thanks to the cords. No ride-up drama. Overall? It’s a yes from me.
