Comfortable and durable
Great all round running shoe for tempo and intervals sessions! Especially good to train in and then step into vapourflys or alphafly’s for races!

Fantastic shoes!
I am so impressed with these shoes. I'm always looking for a running shoes that "disappear" - and by that I mean when the fit and the cushioning are so good, you don't notice them. All you have to do is put in the miles, and these shoes definitely meet that definition for me. I am super picky about how shoes feel. I've had a couple other pairs of Nikes that did their job almost completely…

Wish it lasts longer
I really love the Fly 4.

I have 3 pairs of Fly 4 now (and 1 Fly 3, 2 Pegs, 2 Winflos, 1 Inv since 2021). I ran my first two marathons in them. I run from 50 to 80 miles a week since I started training. I love the propulsion I feel when wearing Fly 4. My only complain is that the heel rubber wears faster than I hope. I run a lot of up and down hills hence unavoidably landing on my heel…

A Great Speedwork Shoe
These shoes have really good cushion. I have run multiple speed work-outs on a track with these shoes. They are responsive and have good energy return as well. The carbon plate in them also helps me to stay on my fore-foot when running.

Great Shoes
The Zoom Fly 4's are very comfortable and the arch support has been perfect for me. The shoes are fun to run in, reactive and provide the right amount of bounce right out of the box.

Good buy
Second pair of these just bought. They are a good fit and while not as light as racing flats still fairly light weight. They feel a bit strange to walk in but seem to promote good upright running posture. Have used them for longer runs of over 20k and shorter interval sessions too. Doubt I’d race in them but likely to be my go to shoe for training for a while to come

A great overall shoe!
A great shoe for outside running. I’ve had multiple pairs of AlphaFly and they break down too fast. I’ve only used the shoe a couple time L’s so far, but I feel I’ll be able to get more distance with these. Pretty stiff on the bottom, which is what I want/need, but gives you the zoom you want to get your best time.
