Runs SMALL
Ordered a large as that's what I have in a pair I got from dicks sporting goods, so I figured they'd fit the same but these run a quite a bit tighter. It may because the thicker material for warmth? With that said it did keep my legs toasty during the run. But because of the tightness, my legs felt heavier.

Bought a white and a black pair. Size lg I’m 5,9 185lbs. These are really big I have to pull them up to my rib cage. Material is good just super tall. Wish they fit true

For colder day runs
These running tights are perfect for cool to colder runs. They fit true to size and are very comfortable. The zippers are high quality and the drawstring on the waist allows you to snug the very easily.

Keep your legs warm in the winter
Warm and super comfortable. Thigh pockets are the perfect size to keep your phone. I'm 6'4" with a 32" waist and 36" inside leg and medium fits well. I've not had any issues with stitching on these I got 9 months ago or the older pairs I've had for 5 years.
