Betina Gozo  ## Tartsd fenn a motivációd szemléletváltással! Minden új kihívásnál természetszerűen lesznek hullámhegyek és hullámvölgyek. Fontos, hogy út közben ünnepeljük a győzelmeket, hogy pozitívak tudjunk maradni az előttünk álló úttal kapcsolatban, mivel a pozitív hozzáállás segít abban, hogy motiváld magad a folytatásra, ahelyett, hogy ütlegelnéd magad. Tegyük fel például, hogy azt a célt tűzöd ki magadnak, hogy minden étkezésnél eszel valami zöldet, hogy növeld a zöldségbeviteled. Általában sikerül, de aztán jön egy nap, amikor valamilyen okból nem a tervek szerint alakulnak a dolgok, és aznap egyszer sem eszel zöldséget. Erre kétféleképpen tekinthetünk: Sokan rögtön azt a mentális utat választják, hogy „ó, nem értem el a célom, kudarcot vallottam, ez túl nehéz”, ami aztán még súlyosabb negatív spirálba taszítja az embert: „nem vagyok elég jó, én ezt nem tudom megcsinálni”. Az ilyen típusú gondolatok vezetnek oda, hogy feladjuk.  ## „Fontos, hogy út közben ünnepeljük a győzelmeket, hogy pozitívak tudjunk maradni az előttünk álló úttal kapcsolatban.” Betina Gozo Úgy kezelhetjük pozitívabban azt a messze nem tökéletes napot, ha arra fókuszálunk, amit addig elértünk: „Tegnap sikerült minden étkezésnél ennem zöldséget, és holnap megint sikerülni fog!” vagy “Ha egy héten négy nap sikerül minden étkezésnél ennem valami zöldet, az máris sokkal jobb, mint régen, amikor néha véletlenül becsúszott egy saláta.”  Válts szemléletmódot, és fókuszálj a sikerekre, ne a kudarcokra. Az is segít, ha megjutalmazzuk magunkat azért, amit út közben elértünk, mert akkor igazán megéljük a kemény munka megünneplését. Egy-két ötlet ehhez: 1. __Öngondoskodás__ Jutalmazd meg magad egy nyugtató kádfürdővel, vagy tarts egy kis meditációs szünetet. 2. __Vásárlás__ Vegyél magadnak valamit, ami arra motivál, hogy az egészséges úton maradj, pl. Egy új pár sportcipő vagy egy gyönyörű salátatál. 3. __Naplózás__ Írd le a sikereidet egy naplóba. Ha látom leírva, jobban be tudom fogadni, hogy milyen keményen dolgoztam, hogy elérjek valamit. Ha tehát legközelebb az agyad negatívan azon zakatol, hogy mit nem csináltál meg, próbáld ki azt a pozitív személetváltást, és dicsérd meg magad azért, amit megcsináltál.
