• Register your birthday date in your Nike Member Profile settings ("Birthday").
• You will receive 20% off your eligible purchase at checkout when you enter your unique promo code provided in your email. Simply select "Do you have a promo code?" and enter your code before entering your payment information at checkout.
• Only select Nike Members who receive an email, push notification or app inbox message are eligible for this promotion, typically sent on the first Monday of your birthday month.

• You are eligible for the Birthday Promo during your birthday month. The offer is valid from the first day you receive the code in your email inbox.
• Offer is valid until the last day of your birthday month.
• Your birthday month is defined as the month in which your birthday is registered in your Nike Member profile settings.
• To be eligible, you must have joined us as a Nike Member 10 days prior to your birthday month, registered as marketing contactable and interacted online or shopped with Nike for a period of time before your birthday month.

2) These Promotional Code Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Promotional Codes.

3) The instructions on how you can redeem a Promotional Code are included in the communication to you notifying you of the Promotional Code (for example, in an email to you or in our other marketing channels). Promotional Codes are only valid for a limited period of time as specified in the communication to you and they cannot be used outside that time period.

4) If you are located in Bulgaria, Croatia, Norway, Romania, Slovakia, Switzerland, Israel, Türkiye, Australia, Canada or South Africa, the Promotional Code will be available for use for the first 1 million orders (combined, across all the aforementioned countries) on a first-come, first-served basis during the period of the Promotion. 5) These Promotional Code Terms and Conditions are additional to the NIKE Terms of Sale that will also apply to your purchase and use of any NIKE products. 6) If you are new to NIKE, you will be required to register as a Nike Member, agree to these Promotional Code Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms of use, and acknowledge NIKE's Privacy Policy. 7) To become a Nike Member, you must be of legal age in your country or have consent from your parent or guardian.

8) You will not be able to redeem your Promotional Code if you have cancelled your Nike Membership. You will need to re-register as a NIKE Member if you want to redeem the Promotional Code.

9) The Promotional Codes are only redeemable online at Nike.com and/or in the Nike App accessible from your place of residence, or in the countries expressly indicated in the "eligibility" section of the specific T&Cs. To apply a Promotional Code, you must enter it prior to completing the order of the NIKE product where specified during the online checkout process. Promotional Codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders of NIKE products.

10) This Promotion is not valid on excluded products included in the "Eligibility" section of these Promo Terms and Conditions.

11) Promotional Codes can only be used by you and are non-transferable to another person. Where specified, a Promotional Code may be used for more than one order of NIKE product up to the maximum purchase price provided under that Promotional Code.

12) Promotional Codes are not for resale, have no cash value, and no cash or credit alternative will be offered for them. You cannot use more than one Promotional Code to purchase a product, but if you buy more than one product in the same purchase, you can use a different Promotional Code for each product. In this case, you will not be able to choose which Promotional Code applies to which product since, between multiple applicable promos, the most beneficial one for you will apply automatically. Promotional Codes cannot be used in combination with any other discount vouchers or special offers.

13) If you return any NIKE products purchased with a Promotional Code on Nike.com and/or in the Nike App, you will receive a refund of the discounted price you paid for that returned item to your original form of payment. In the event of part of the order being returned, the monetary value returned will be the value of the item/s at the time of the transaction (the discounted price of such item). The promotional discount will not be applied to replacement items. If the Promotional Code is multi-use and if the offer is still valid at the time of making a return, you may place a new order using the original Promotional Code. Single-use Promotional Codes which have already been used cannot be used again for a new purchase even if the first purchase is returned.

14) All orders of NIKE products placed using a Promotional Code are subject to the availability of that NIKE product.

15) If there are serious grounds beyond NIKE's control, NIKE may withdraw or amend the Promo Code if it has a valid reason (e.g. in the case of widespread fraud or illegal activity). This section will not apply to Promotional Codes that have already been used.

16) Improper use of the Promotional Code by you, including but not limited to its publication or sale by you, is prohibited and it shall constitute a violation of these Promotional Code Terms and Conditions and entitles NIKE to prevent you from using or benefiting from any Promotional Codes.

17) To the extent permissible by the applicable law, NIKE shall not be liable for any loss or damages resulting from the loss, theft or misuse of your Promotional Code.

However, these Promotional Code Terms and Conditions will not limit any consumer protection rights that you may be entitled to under the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and if you do not live in the Netherlands, you will be able to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence under the applicable laws of your country of residence.
