Awful trainers - don’t waste your money!

Awful trainer, don’t waste your money! It’s heavy and has no real spring to it and if you’re unlucky enough to be running in wet weather the hole in the sole that reveals the carbon plate acts like a suction cup slowing you down even more!!!! The sides of the sole are also splitting after a few 10k runs.

Amazing, first run in 6 months due to injury, I must say these shoes are amazing. I went half size up which was a good choice. Plan was to do 5k as a first, but ended up doing a 10k, as it felt so easy on the feet.
