- The recycled polyester used in Nike products begins as recycled plastic bottles, which are cleaned, shredded into flakes and converted into pellets. Shorts are great except for important feature - the rear zip pocket is not big enough for a standard iPhone. Tried my 16 and my daughter’s 14, neither would fit. No where else to keep it on me when running without it bouncing around. Will be returning.
