Midfoot containment
A webbed lacing system works with an inner sleeve to provide added containment for a secure and snug fit.

These shoes are awful. They are such a disappointment. I already tossed the box and insoles so I can't return but I took if I could. The Nike Metcon 6 are amazing, please are NOT!!
