A thin layer of rubber on the outsole adds grip only where you need it, keeping the shoe light and flexible.

Creaky!!

Stying is good BUT they are hot on your feet and creaky as heck. Design to be comfortable they are a let down, which only the visual looks make up for. Breathability is not good. But the noisy creaking on every step is embarrassing and makes me reach for almost ANY other shoe in my house. I want to love it but just can’t.
