10-min Classes
Quick sessions to loosen up and feel good. Think gentle yoga poses, some stretching and light strength.
20-min Classes
A little longer, requiring a little more energy - but still beginner-friendly. Expect short dance-inspired workouts, boxing basics, and some strength.
Workshops (with Nike athletes)
Talks + Q&As. Specially curated moments with your favorite Nike athletes. Ask them anything - hear their stories on how they stay connected with their sisterhood, how to keep a positive mindset, and what makes them feel confident and energized.
