Nike Ava X

These shoes exceeded my expectations but still left a bit to be desired. I like the fit of them and loved how lightweight they were. The feel was a bit strange, it felt plasticky and when I walked it scrunched up the front and made my toes feel weird. I could feel every single step I took because of this. I would say overall I liked these shoes but the material they’re made out of is a bit strange. However, they felt like walking barefoot almost which was neat. I styled them really casually each time they were worn working out but I wouldn’t say they’d be great as just every day-ers. The best part about these was the weightlessness. The worst thing I think may be the fabric which is why they felt weightless so catch 22. Overall I did like them though. I can absolutely look past that and recommend these.

I honestly love the Nike Ava X. They're super lightweight and really easy to pack if you're traveling. The mesh upper is breathable, so my feet don't get too hot, and the cushioning is soft without feeling bulky. They're perfect for walking around, running errands, or light gym workouts. The only thing is they fit pretty snug, so I'd definitely go up half a size if you have wider feet like me. I wouldn't wear them for long runs, but they're awesome for an everyday shoe.

My first impression of these shoes: they made me think of water shoes. They are very breathable and the insole is comfortable. With that said, the right shoe is slightly smaller than the left when I measured them. This made the right tighter and a little more uncomfortable. (The tags show that they are the same size.) Also, the tongue and heel dig in after wearing and walking in them for awhile. Being that the shoes are breathable, they also show your sock color underneath, so keep that in mind. I personally like a more solid, less "packable" shoe that gives my feet and ankles a better fit, stability and comfort while walking and running. I like the heavier Nikes better. But anyone looking for less weight and airy, these are for you.
