Great socks to go on a hike and very breathable. You don't feel any moisture or slipping in your hiking boots/sneakers and it's very well ventilated. Cushion is very good as well. I suggest getting 3-4 pairs for different hikes just to swap out.

Socks fit and feel great. Just finished my first run in them. Good cushioning in heel and arch area. I would give a higher rating except I noticed there are already holes in the ankle area of both socks along the transition seams of the heel and ankle areas.
