The Nike Form Women’s Light-Support Non-Padded Triangle Sports Bra honestly surprised me. I have a small chest so I don't need much support. The shape reminds me of a bikini top and the straps are very thin. I like that the fabric is lightweight, it’s a dry-fit material that is sweat wicking which is great for hot days. It lays nicely so you can’t see it under my shirt. I really only plan to wear it for a very light workout (maybe a light yoga) but honestly have picked it up more often for everyday lounge wear. There’s no adjustability to the bra, which works for me, but if you need that I wouldn’t go with this one. Overall this bra is solid for light workouts.

Used this sports bra as a daily wear to work outside of performance and it was perfect. I’m more into comfortable and secure sports bra than uncomfortable wired bras and this was PERFECT. I instantly fell in love with the triangle cups and wanted to get 50 more. The fit is DURABLE. Women’s bras are tricky but the sides are secure and doesn’t squeeze. The adjustable straps were an added extra. My only issue is Nike”s sizing. I’m a 32B and the bras are always a little too small and tight. I feel as though this bra would be perfect but I get the muffin top spillage. It’s very small so I’m able to still wear tight fit tops. I sweat a lot and the dri-fit performance did not disappoint.

The Nike Form Women's Light-Support Non-Padded Triangle Sports Bra has a couple of really big positives going for it. First it is extremely comfortable and the material is very soft. It is hard to create a sports bra that you feel like you could wear all day and this is definitely one of them. The material is lush and somehow the straps are even comfortable. There is just one problem (at least for people with larger chests) - the cups do not keep your breasts in place. I took a workout class and wore this sports bra for the class. There was not a lot of movement. It was mostly body weight exercises and kettlebells. However, I had to continually adjust the sports bra during the class because my breasts kept falling out of the cups. The triangle cut is nice, but seems detrimental if you want to use the sports bra for sports or working out. The only positive using this sports bra during a workout is that it did seem to keep me dry and looking fresh during the class. Overall, I really like the sports bra for lounging or hanging out because it is so comfortable, but I do not think I would use it again for a sport or activity with a lot of movement.
