Yes, you can submit your idea to Nike for consideration by following the steps below. Before you start, be aware that we will only consider qualifying ideas.

• Ideas that qualify: Any idea with a utility patent, utility model or a pending non-provisional patent on file with the appropriate government agency.
• Ideas that don't qualify: All design work (including patented ones), artwork, advertising or marketing suggestions, copyright registrations, slogans, logos, brands, trademarks or other similar submissions.

2. Complete the form:
   1. All applicable information must be submitted in English.
   2. All submissions must come from the inventor and match the name on the inventor's patent—not a representative of the inventor.
3. Email ideasubmissions@nike.com with your completed form.

Please note the following:

• We'll only accept electronic submissions to ideasubmissions@nike.com. DON'T physically mail prototypes to Nike. If a prototype or sample is required, we will contact you. Any and all posted prototypes will be returned to the sender or may be destroyed at our sole discretion.
• Because it may take up to a year for us to review a submission and reply, we encourage you to pursue other opportunities while waiting.
