Best starting SPRINTING spikes. Super aggressive, lightweight, very responsive, and just overall great spike. It has everything you want for a 60-200m range.

So I bought these spikes and originally loved them but then I realized that they are very stiff. So stiff to the point that they just were not good. They didn’t help at all like other spike do.
