The more flexibility you have in the midsole and outsole, the more you can move naturally. We laser-siped the outsole for better flexibility, whether you're jumping, planking or powering through plyometrics. We also rounded the big-toe side of the forefoot for better agility and quickness when making sudden movements.

The shoe is beautiful. Love the color’s! Metallic and the light pink are my favorite. I’m giving it a four star because even though the shoe is more wide at the toes which I like it’s not as narrow like my Metcon 5s. The top area is pretty tight. So size up. I did 7 instead of 6 1/2 and it’s still pretty snug also they are slip ins so keep that in mind. I’m hoping after breaking them in it won’t be as tight. I’ll update if so
