Stay in motion
A strong midfoot plastic plate adds stability for quick cuts and power to your game when transferring energy from motion to motion. Webbing around the eyestays combined with the plate offer a sort of "hugged" containment when moving side to side. The heel has extra padding to help keep you comfortable and supported.
Durable Traction
Extra rubber in the toe area, specifically the big-toe side, adds durability. High-abrasion rubber in the forefoot offers durability and traction. We designed the heel specifically for rocker-like movements, like pulling back for a serve.

Initial impressions of this shoe were just ok. The plastic lateral containment piece could be felt against the side of my feet, but I decided to give them a chance to break-in. Several hours later, these became my go to shoe for tennis and pickleball. The cushioning system really provides a nice responsive ride, especially during hard cuts or quick lateral movement. I have wider feet, so Nikes recco to go up half a size was perfect. As a slightly heavier, stronger guy, these shoes really take a beating on the court but they have held up very well. Enough so that I will be buying more color ways. Highly recommended, but give them time to break in.
