run small. half size up. also where is the color variety here. please make these in white/black and shades of pink-similar to the Iris Whisper Rush Pink White Light Curry sold out everywhere. i use these for every workout from boxing to weightraining to olympic lifting to plain old cardio and HIIT 5+ times a week.

BEAUTIFUL, comfortable shoes!! BUT the reason for my 4 stars is because the sizing is off! I mean size up!! They run small. Other then that loved the shoes!

  • Go up a size

Although the slider bars show the size is 'Just Right', most of the written reviews show you need to go up a half size, please don't do what I did and only look at the slider! I always wear a 11.5 (UK) in Nike shoes, but these were definitely too small in that size. I replaced them with a 12 and they're still a little tight but I've worn them to the gym a couple of times and they're fine. But other than the sizing, they are really good. Feel great, very comfortable for all types of workout. I've used the standard Metcon for a few years, but as I'm doing less lifting right now while I build up my strength post lockdown, I wanted something I could do a bit more HIIT type workouts in. These fit the bill in every type of workout I've tried.
