Becoming a Nike Member is the first step to getting some of the hottest releases anywhere. Once you join us, Members get access to the best sneakers community and insider info on the latest drops through the SNKRS App. You can also access the SNKRS website online.

Because SNKRS releases mostly have limited availability, being quick to act on release day is essential. Turning on your mobile device's facial or fingerprint recognition in advance and entering your size, payment and delivery information will make checkout quicker.
Get notified on release day
Avoid missing the latest drop by keeping an eye on both the SNKRS Feed and the "Upcoming" tab in the app or online. You'll see release dates and be able to get notified about drops that interest you. Take advantage of the "Notify me" feature and enable push notifications in your app settings to get alerts when shoes drop.

Do new shoes release only in SNKRS?
Some drops happen exclusively in SNKRS, while others might be available only in the Nike App and on Nike.com, and still others might release on all three.
To make sure you don't miss any of our drops, you'll want to keep an eye on both SNKRS and the Nike App or website. You can watch for new releases in the Nike App by going to the "Shop" screen and tapping "Drops". On Nike.com, hover over the "New" tab in the header and click "Latest Drops" to see what's new and upcoming.
Can I have PayPal as my primary payment method in the SNKRS App?
Yes, you can easily set PayPal as your default by going to your profile.
- Go to the "Profile" tab and tap "Payment Information".
- Tap "Add New Payment Method", then "PayPal".
- Enter your PayPal credentials and authenticate your account.
- Place an order within one hour to save PayPal as a payment method. If you don't place an order within an hour, PayPal won't be saved as an option.
We recommend adding PayPal as a payment method 30 minutes before a SNKRS release opens.
And please note that your order's delivery address must match the delivery address associated with your PayPal account.
What should I do if I can't sign in to SNKRS on a browser?
If you're having trouble signing in on a browser, go to your browser's settings and clear your cache and cookies, then try signing in again.
