The arch support is totally off and it makes my ankles roll inward. There is no room for full range ankle movement. It rubs and hurts and this is just form 5 mins of wearing it. Metcon 7 is just bad! It’s nothing like Metcon 6 whose design was perfect-suggest to bring that back!

Love these as an all over gym shoe. Nice wide toe box and sturdy construction all over. The inside of the heel did feel a little snug at first but I think I just needed to get familiar with the particular sensory feedback of the shoe. Walking on the treadmill, lifting (squat, deads) and machines all feel fine and supported. The look of the design is also a huge plus nobody wants an ugly shoe. I normally wear a 10 but went with a 10.5 after reading reviews and asking around. Glad I did it fits 👌🏾 perfect.
