What Are Nike's Delivery Options?

During checkout, we'll provide an estimated delivery date. We offer the following delivery options:

Standard delivery

Free for orders of 5,000,000₫ or more
250,000₫ for orders less than 5,000,000₫
Generally arrives within 6 business days

Additional Information

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, except for national holidays.
Orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during public holidays.
Orders can't be delivered to PO boxes, re-shippers or package-forwarding services.
Orders can't be delivered to addresses outside the country or region where they were placed, but you can shop for Nike products on a number of sites globally.
Standard delivery times do not apply to Nike By You orders.
Delivery fees are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect item.

FAQs

Does my order need to go through customs?

Since your order is being delivered internationally, it has to be cleared through customs. Don't worry—just confirm your information and we'll handle clearing your order. The estimated delivery date provided during checkout accounts for clearance times.

Be aware that some banks may charge a small transaction fee for orders dispatched internationally.

What about taxes and duties?

We eliminate the guesswork for you. All applicable taxes and duties are included in your order total at checkout.

Is expedited delivery available?

We deliver your order as fast as possible. Currently, expedited delivery isn't available.
