The thick sole provides good support for my feet, and the material feels nice and sturdy, so the shoes hold their shape well. One thing I'm not used to is how low the back of the shoe sits around my heel, which makes them feel a little less secure. Overall, I love how they look. They didn't require any time to break-in, they're easy to slip on and off, and they're comfortable enough to walk in all day.
