Run x Lift = Great Hybrid Shoe
This Nike Hybrid shoe is a great shoe for individuals who both run and lift weights. On the running side the breathable toe area is helpful for runs both short and long. Took some adjusting to get used to but the shoe is slightly bulky for running. At the same time this bigger running shoe isn’t too heavy to where you can still keep a good pace.

Hybrid rn
These are exactly what I was hoping they would be. A trainer but still comfortable enough to do short runs with. I love them for workouts but I don’t have to change out of them when I am done lifting!

Unsure for Hyrox
Used to working out in MetCons. This has a much thicker heel and feels like a thinner upper. Purchased for a Hyrox race and bit sure if it’s both durable enough and stable enough.

My initial reaction to these trainers was that they were built for comfort and durability for any training activity. Upon further wear I would definitely recommend these for in gym activities and training. There are other shoes in the market geared for outdoor and running that may suit your activity better but this shoe is hard to beat for indoor gym activities.

Nike Hybrid RN
I’ve been waiting months for the new hybrid RN to be available, and finally they are here! I have worked out in them three times now and absolutely love them! They are more flat footed, which is great for better balance when lifting. Also, they have great grip and traction too. They do run small, order a half size up for sure!

Amazing shoes, I use them for circuit classes, not only do they look good they perform really well, with all exercises, I went for my normal size and they fit well.
