I needed a bag that can fit my shower items, work clothes, and minimal lifting gear and NOT hurt one side of my shoulder (duffels suck), this backpack does the trick. With the amount of pockets all over the bag, it fits all of my items and very easy to access. The middle pocket opens outward, almost like a luggage style to fit all my clothes. Even if you don’t play volleyball, highly recommend this bag for workouts!

Love it. Has lots of pockets, love the the shoes have their own pocket to keep things from getting too smelly. She will be able to use this for a few years as she gains more experience as a player.
