Nike Romaleos 4 SE

I own metcon 8, savaleos and this romaleos 4 se model. Metcon 8 is size 43 & savaleos is size 44 and they fit perfectly. Based on my experience on savaleos, i ordered this on size 44 but it was a little bit loose on my feet. Which was a disappointment for a lifter shoe. Half size up would be more appropriate but nike doesnt have that opt. Rather than that, great colorway great lift shoe. I get a snatch PR on first day of receiving with a loose fit.

Great looking lifter! The only area I was unsure about was the sizing, after reading through other people’s reviews I decided to go up half a size, and I’m glad I did. There is no way a size 6 would have been big enough! I went up half a size and I think depending on how wide your foot is you could probably get away with going up a full size.

This Nike shoe is amazing for weight training! Very sturdy. I always wear UK 3.5 but it was sold out. Therefore, I had to order UK 4 to see if it works. Thanks to the god and reviewers.. I would not have been able to wear if I bought UK 3.5..... even UK4 was quite tight to me.... I own Romaleos 3 (size 3.5), it’s as tight as Romaleos UK4. Thus, some of you may need considering going for a full size up rather than a half size up. This colour is too stylish so I had to buy...... and it’s worth every penny just you have to be careful with the size!
