Just like normal slippers but with pad inside. The pad on its upper part inside surface is very comfortable, I have been suffering from hallux valgus so I could just wear thong slippers but this one was my way out. Only problem is the white ones are keeping dirt easily, other colors recommended.

Comfort is great I marked 3 stars because they are somewhat tight and need to be broken in in order to wear a little more comfortable. I ordered a size bigger then my normal size and still too tight
