Came with a hole underneath

I bought 5 pairs from Nike, they sent 4 pairs , but quickly fixed their mistake after I contacted them. They were for my nephews birthdays so I never though that two pairs had scuffs and this pair had a hole underneath the right shoe. Contacted them they said I could return but I live 45 minutes away from them so it would literally cost me 50$ of gas to go get them and return them , so it was inconvenient for me to return, I asked for a percentage off, they said okay for 15%(honestly I was so mad in the beginning I wanted nothing to do with Nike any more) but still accepted and I tried putting it in and it came out for 10%, so they lied to me and I have all the messages from them. Now going back and forth asking for a supervisor, they said they will call me withing 24 hours , nope nothing just more lies, it has been weeks, they have completely changed the way I felt about them.. so when you buy their shoes make sure you check them especially if they are a gift, I live 1.33 minutes away from a Nike store so that was not an option for me either ...Be careful..
