Before I review what I think about this shoe, I think the first thing is to describe myself. I am a casual runner, who does smaller runs like 5k's and 10k's. I'm wanting to go back into longer runs and attempt half marathons again. When I run, I usually run in lower to the ground shoes like Nike Free Run 2018's, 5.0's, and the Nike Pegasus line. Now, going into the Vomero Premium, there is definitely a height difference from what I am accustomed to. It is something that I wanted to try, especially seeing a lot of runners and casual walkers with this style of a shoe. As soon as I put my feet in these shoes, I could already feel the cushion and comfort of a shoe like this. The Zoom tech in this shoe is felt very much, and works very well for a running shoe. The rest of the shoe had a very comfortable feel even when the shoes weren't broken in yet. The only thing I have to say about the feel is just trying to get used to the height. I had a weird time thinking of my lateral movement but was surprised with the stability I still had. The design of the shoe is really unique, in a positive way. I think the striking design of the shoe is in the outside sole. You can see the soft foam and the cool zoom bags doing their job. I am a big fan of the original Uptempo Scottie Pippen's. So I was happy to see one of my favorite design elements from that shoe to this one. Of course I am talking about the word "AIR" on the sides. I do love the light color stitching of it in the shoe, but I do hope to see other colorways where it says "AIR" with more contrast to see it. I would love to see a black and white version of this shoe like the Up Tempo 96's. I think the only thing that bothered me slightly is the weight of the shoe. But you have to know what you're getting into with a shoe like this. I am just so used to shoes that are lower and lighter for running. It's nowhere near as heavy as some basketball shoes, but I think I can use these for my short runs or even as recovery walking shoes. Overall, I am really satisfied with these shoes and will definitely in my shoe rotation.

The Nike Vomero Premium fits like a glove! I absolutely loved using these shoes. They were so comfortable for mid to long runs. They were also surprisingly breatheable as well so for those in a hotter climate like me, it was nice to feel it! The one knock I have on it was that at times they felt like I was rocking bak and forth when standing still but as soon as I started running, it felt more spring like pushing me forward. Overall, for anyone looking for a durable, comfortable road running shoe for those mid to long runs, I would definitely recommend this shoe, it hits all the marks you can look for in a shoe!

If you’re looking for a high impact running comfy shoe for running, I highly recommend these. I love the vomero models. I have a pair of Vomero supremes and vomero 5s. They fit my foot well with the wider toe box and cushiony soles. These premiums fit similarly but I’d recommend getting them true to size or even a half size up if you prefer a roomier fit. These vomero premiums are well designed, not too flashy, but edgy enough to not look too basic. I love the orange detailing and the airmax bubbles at the bottom. The thick sole really provides bounce on my runs and helps my feet not feel as tired since it’s softens the impact of the ground while running. I love that the laces are flat and minimally textured as well. They do stay tied while running. With the shoe being white and made of knit material my only con is that they easily get dirty. It would be nice to have some sort of toe shield in the front similar to the design of the airmax plus and prestos. The shoe is also a good weight considering the thick sole. They’re not feather light but they’re also not heavy. It’s a good in-between. The shoe helped me improve my performance by being able to run longer with less soreness. I could do a few more miles in these vs my vomero supremes. Overall I really enjoy using these for my runs and would love to have them in other colors as well.
