This cap has become my go-to for running and outdoor training. I wanted to love the Nike Fly Dri-FIT ADV Unstructured Cooling Cap but it’s not too practical to use everyday. The cap is well made and the concept sounds great but the process of freezing blocks of ice to place into your cap is not ideal when going for a run everyday. The ice blocks can get heavy in the cap while running and be a bit bothersome. I would have preferred maybe small gel ice packs instead. It’s definitely worth a try on very hot summer run.
