        The shoes are very light and comfortable, as if I were walking on a cloud. I have a narrow feet and they are perfect (they may be too tight for wide feet) and true to size - I always wear 37.5 from Nike. The inner sole is removable. They keep the foot and heel at one place and provide support. I mostly use them for walking and working out but maybe I'll start running because of these shoes :)

        In late November I ordered a pair of Adidas shoes and they never showed up( said they shipped 3 1/2 weeks after i ordered them). With their refund of my money I decided that I would purchase a pair of nikes. I ordered them on a Tuesday and they showed up on a Friday. I am very impressed with the quality of these shoes, they are very supportive and comfortable. I would recommend these to anyone!
