I have used them yet, but this is my second pair of Zoom Fly 6’s that I use. I find them excellent for running up to one and a half hours. I would recommend them for everyday use, but get a half size larger.

Tan solo la he utilizado dos veces y no me la puedo quitar de la cabeza. El primer día hice una tirada de 11 km y te permite ir de 20 a 30 segundos más rápido con el mismo esfuerzo. En la segunda tirada me fui a los 18 km en ritmos de 5:15 a 5:30 y muy cómodo, sin estar agotado ni notarlo el resto de día. Es una zapatilla para tiradas largas suaves y para entrenos más rápidos, si vas a bajar de 3:45 ó 3:30 mírate otras opciones. Personalmente, para rodar entre 3:50 y 5:30 van muy bien, 100 % recomendables.
