Runs small definitely size up
I pole vault and needed a better shoe for it seeing as I only had my distance spikes from the previous cross country season. They work great for pole vault just remember to size up at least one full size. (Ignore the rinestones I am infact a track girly)

I've had 2 pairs of these and loved them, definitely helped stability at take off. runs on the smaller side as well. The only thing to change is a stiffer upper to be able to bend the carbon plate more.

Very Nice

Great cleat, not a lot of cushion
