I was initially surprised with how cool these tights felt. I was expecting something warmer, but then they performed perfectly well on a windy drizzly day. Very comfortable even if I'm not convinced with the inner underwear. I would say it runs small as the S was tiny for me and I have some other Nike tights which are S and feel comfortable.
