The Jordan Essentials Statement Chicago Men's Shorts are a great staple for the summer. They fit true to size and comfortably sit above the knee. The quality of the material and stitching is superb and makes them worth the price. The design of these shorts is perfect for streetwear, and they complement any Nike sneakers. However, I would opt for a light pair of shorts on a hot day since the material is thick and not the most breathable. One thing I wish I could change is the size of the pockets. They are not very deep which makes it difficult to fit a phone, wallet, and keys in them. I was hoping I would love the Jordan Essentials Statement Chicago Men's Shorts, however that was not the case. The fit was fine. The shorts are true to size. The feel was another story. The shorts felt stiff and immovable. The ruching in the waist didn't feel great either. I'm a fan of a simple design so the Jumpman emblem in the matching color of the shorts were a nice touch. It says I'm a luxury item but everybody doesn't have to know it. The fabric seems to be a durable material but I fear this is what makes the fabric uncomfortable. If the desire is longevity over comfortability then these shorts are a winner. To wrap things up, the design is top notch. Simple emblem, plenty of pockets. The fit is true to size. The feel left a lot to be desired. The shorts are stiff and uncomfortable. I don't see myself wearing these often. However, they are built to last.
