Nike Air Max Phoenix

I have bought 100s of Nikes for my grandsons. We had always favored Jordan’s but my 5 yr old grandson saw these and wanted them. Now mind you he has several sneakers to match his outfits. Once these came, they are all he wants to wear. We have since bought 2 more pairs(different colors) and he loves them. Wants to even wear them as slippers. lol These are the first pair (style) that he is asking to wear. I guess we will be buying many more if they come out in different colors. These fit true to size. And the colors of the 3 pair we bought are great. He is wearing a 12.5c.

Honestly I was a felt skeptical when I first saw the sneakers. But I was totally shocked how well they’ve worn. He wants to wear them everyday now. Before it was hard to get him into a sneaker. The shear fact he loves them sold me. They have been worn hard at this point, thru rain and mud etc. They have cleaned up well and still look great. Combine great looks with comfort, it doesn’t get better than that. Buy them for him! You can thank me later!!

I have mixed feelings about the kid's Air Max Phoenix sneakers. I love the color and the style of the sneaker but the cushion for the sneaker feels hard as a rock. I'm not sure if this design was intentional or not but my children prefer a sneaker that has a little more cushion. My daughter didnt complain about the lack of cushion, yet. Compared to what I normally purchase, its definitely not as soft but if my daughter isn't complaining, I guess neither am I. I do like that the sneaker is a slip on which is easier for my daughter to get on herself without my help. My daughter is almost into the 13.5 size fully so these are still just a lottle big but still wearable.
