Cooling System

Three included silicone ice moulds let you create strategically shaped cubes that fit within front and side pockets. As the ice melts, waterproof fabric channels the cold liquid into the perforated cape, helping cool your neck and body temp.

How This Was Made

The recycled polyester used in Nike products begins as recycled plastic bottles, which are cleaned, shredded into flakes and converted into pellets. From there, the pellets are spun into new, high-quality yarn used in our products, delivering peak performance with a lower impact on the environment.
In addition to reducing waste, recycled polyester produces up to 30% lower carbon emissions than virgin polyester. Nike diverts an average of 1 billion plastic bottles annually from landfill and waterways.

Works as intended

This is definitely a unique item and a great idea for the running crowd. It definitely works as stated, cool (no pun intended) features. The fabric and design is very well-done. The one thing that is pretty obvious is that the shape is unstructured so for some, this may be a hinderance in terms of style. Overall, this is a nice addition for hot days and the fact that it covers your neck is a great perk for shielding from the sun as well as keeping you a bit more cool.
