Returning your Nike store purchase is easy. Take your items that are unworn and unwashed and still have their product tags attached back to the original purchase location with your proof of purchase (some exceptions apply). Please note, Nike Clearance shop purchases are final – items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or faulty or they are purchased in Israel or Spain.

No, custom Nike By You sneakers and custom Jersey By You football shirts cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or faulty.
