The first time I bought them were the royal blue and black womens and I learned a valuable lesson then. I would suggest sizing up especially if you have a wide foot. I wear an 8 in women’s shoes and depending on the shoe sometimes an 8.5 size. So I originally bought a 6.5 but once I got them and tried them on, I decided to do a 7.

Quick Tips for a Better Fit
Try a thumb test. Press your thumb sideways at the tip of the shoe—1 cm should be between the tip and the big toe. Check the heels. If feet are sliding out, the shoes are too big. Don’t forget to test in the evening. Feet tend to swell in the day.
