My foot measures 27.3cm so I initially wanted to buy size 44 EU (27.5cm), but reading the reviews where a lot of people said the shoe fits small I decided to buy size 44.5EU (27.9cm) and it fits perfectly! I recommend buying half a size more than what your measurement says.
